What you'll do
- Design and implement RAG pipelines and agent workflows
- Build evaluation suites that measure quality honestly
- Integrate Claude, GPT, and open models into client products
- Own reliability: guardrails, fallbacks, observability
What you'll bring
- 3+ years software engineering, 1+ year with LLM applications
- Python and TypeScript proficiency
- Hands-on experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Pragmatism about what AI can and cannot do
Nice to have
- LangChain/LlamaIndex in production
- Fine-tuning experience
- MLOps background
