Cookie Policy

By default this site sets no cookies at all. Not for analytics, not for essential functions.

There is one optional exception: if you accept marketing cookies, we load the Meta Pixel so we can measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads reach the right people. It is off until you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time on this page.

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. Unless you opt in, none are written by us.

What it is: the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It tells us how many people who saw one of our ads went on to visit the site or make an enquiry.

What it sets: a cookie named _fbp, and it sends Meta your IP address, the pages you view on this site, and your browser and device details.

What that means honestly: this is cross-site tracking. Meta can connect that activity to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one, and use it to target advertising. We are describing it plainly rather than calling it 'improving your experience', because that is what it does.

Until you press Accept, the pixel's script is never added to the page — no request is made to Meta and no cookie is set. Declining is a single click and costs you nothing: the site behaves identically either way.

If you withdraw consent, we stop sending Meta anything further from this site. We cannot un-send what was already collected while consent was active — to have that removed you would need to ask Meta directly, through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

These are stored in your browser's local storage, not as cookies. They never leave your device and are never sent to us or to anyone else.

Theme preference: if you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is remembered. Nothing is stored until you actually change the setting.

Your cookie choice: whether you accepted or declined marketing cookies, so we don't ask again on every page. Deliberately not a cookie — asking permission to set cookies by setting a cookie would be absurd.

You can clear both at any time through your browser's settings for site data.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from, so we know what's useful and what isn't.

It is cookieless by design: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other websites. What we see is aggregate — page views and referrers — not individual people. Because it is cookieless and does not identify you, it runs without needing consent.

Vercel Inc. is our hosting and analytics provider and processes this data on our behalf under its own terms.

If you submit the contact, quote, consultation, newsletter or job application form, we receive what you typed so we can reply. That is covered in our Privacy Policy — it isn't cookie-based tracking.

If we add any further tracking that relies on cookies, we will update this page and extend the choice above before that tracking goes live — not afterwards.
