Privacy Policy

Triyash Technologies is the trading name of a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Shalini C, based in Coimbatore, India. The proprietor is the data controller for the information described in this policy.

For any privacy question or request, contact admin@triyashtech.com. This is the fastest route and it reaches a person, not a queue.

By default, only what you type into a form. We do not buy data or scrape it, and we build no profiles ourselves. The one exception is the Meta Pixel described at the end of this section, which runs only if you opt in — and which does feed Meta's advertising profile of you.

Contact and quote forms: your name, email address and message, plus company, phone, service of interest and budget range if you choose to provide them.

Consultation bookings: your name, email address, and optionally phone, preferred date, topic and message.

Newsletter: your email address, and nothing else.

Job applications: the role, your name, email address, and optionally phone, a portfolio link, and your message.

Automatically, our host records standard server logs (including IP address) for security and reliability, and our analytics records page views and referrers in aggregate. Our analytics is cookieless and does not identify you.

Only if you opt in: if you accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel records the pages you view on this site and sends Meta your IP address and browser details, so we can measure whether our ads are working. This is cross-site tracking and we describe it plainly in our Cookie Policy. It is off unless you accept, and you can withdraw at any time.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or arrange a consultation. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

To consider you for a role you applied for. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to employment.

To send you the newsletter, if you asked for it. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

To measure whether our advertising works, using the Meta Pixel. Lawful basis: your consent, given by accepting marketing cookies, which you can withdraw at any time on our Cookie Policy page. We do not do this unless you opt in.

To keep the site secure and working, and to understand which pages are useful. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.

We share personal data only with the service providers that make the site work. Each processes data on our instructions:

Vercel Inc. — website hosting, server logs, and cookieless Web Analytics.

Resend — delivers form submissions to us by email.

Hostinger — hosts our email, so form submissions arrive in our inbox and stay there.

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — only if you accept marketing cookies. Meta acts as an independent controller for this data, not merely our processor, which means it also uses it for its own advertising purposes. Decline, and nothing is shared with Meta at all.

Form submissions are also written to our hosting provider's server logs as a fallback record, so we don't lose an enquiry if email delivery fails.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. We will not do so quietly if we are permitted to tell you.

We are based in India, and the providers above operate infrastructure internationally, including in the United States and the European Union. Your information may therefore be transferred outside your country.

Where such a transfer involves personal data from the EEA or UK, it relies on the transfer mechanisms offered by those providers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries, quotes and consultation requests: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we have context if you come back to us.

Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for a role that opens later. Tell us and we will delete it sooner.

Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

Server logs and aggregate analytics: retained for a short period by our providers under their standard settings.

After these periods we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Where technically applicable, you can ask us to transfer your data to another provider.

To exercise any of these, email admin@triyashtech.com. We will respond within one month, as required by law. We will not charge you or make it difficult.

If you are in the EEA or UK and think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in India, you may raise a grievance with us first and then with the Data Protection Board.

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it, credentials are managed as secrets rather than stored in code, and we apply least-privilege access to the systems we run.

We never ask for payment card details, passwords, or government identification through this website. If a form appears to request them, it is not ours.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your data and creates a real risk to you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle personal data — for example by adding a CRM, advertising pixels, or cookie-based tracking — we will update this page before that change goes live, and update the date at the top.
